How often should I use this face wash?

Use twice daily — morning and night — for best results. If you have very sensitive skin, start with once a day and build up over 2 weeks as your skin adjusts to the 2% Salicylic Acid. Always follow with a moisturiser and SPF in the morning.
Can I use it with Retinol or other actives?

Yes, but space them out. Use this wash in the morning and apply Retinol at night. Avoid layering multiple high-concentration actives at the same time to prevent over-exfoliation or irritation. Niacinamide and Vitamin C in this wash pair very well with most routines.
Will it make my skin dry or cause purging?

The Aloe Vera Extract (10%) and pH-balanced formula counteract the drying effect of Salicylic Acid. Most users report clean, soft skin — never stripped. Some users experience mild purging in weeks 1–2, which is normal and means the BHA is working. It passes quickly.
